PFA Opportunity: Help Us Improve Medication Safety!
Join Our Patient Working Group
We’d love your help in making medication use safer for patients and family members like you. We’re forming a Working Group to look at ways to reduce inappropriate polypharmacy—that’s when someone is taking multiple medications that may not all be needed or could cause harm.
Your voice matters! By joining, you’ll:
Share your experiences with managing your own or a loved one’s multiple medications
Help us understand what works and what doesn’t for patients and families
Co-create solutions that make care safer and simpler
What to expect:
Two year time commitment
Virtual meetings for about one hour every two months
Start Date: January 2026.
If you’re interested, please reply by December 19th, 2025. We’ll follow up with details and answer any questions.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a real difference in patient care!
