Nova Scotia Enhanced Immunization Access Project

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to visit this site.

Nova Scotia Health Authority’s Public Health team is working to improve immunization rates for Nova Scotian children. We are conducting a survey of parents who have children who were born in 2011. NSHA will be looking more closely at our immunization coverage rates for children and further examining the barriers parents and guardians are identifying related to immunizations.

Why are we doing this survey?

Public Health is collecting this information to make sure we have accurate information about vaccine coverage for the population. Your child’s information will be used to do a quality check with our database and for counting (statistical) purposes.

We invite you to read any of the information provided on the right hand side of this page. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your valuable input for this important work.
