The Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project is a QEII Renew partnership between the Government of Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Health and Build Nova Scotia. Part of the More, Faster: Action for Health Build, the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project is creating care spaces shaped by the voices, values, and lived experiences of Nova Scotians. As the largest healthcare infrastructure project ever undertaken in Atlantic Canada, this project will deliver a modern acute care tower with 216 beds, 16 operating rooms, an intensive care unit, and a new larger emergency department. QEII Renew will enhance access to care, replace aging infrastructure, and support clinical excellence for future generations of Nova Scotians.
Your input will help us design a new acute care tower that puts people first—patients, families, staff, and communities.
