Background Information

The Public Health Mobile Unit Team is looking to improve their website for public health vaccine clinics. To do so, they are seeking feedback on how to best streamline communication of clinic locations.

Currently, the information is spread across two public health websites: https://www.nshealth.ca/public-health/immunizations/public-health-immunization-clinics & https://www.nshealth.ca/PHMU.

This approach has been said to be hard to navigate and not user friendly. The Team's goal is to have one page where clients can quickly locate the vaccine clinic closest to their location. The Team has presented three options, some with examples. Please review these options and provide feedback in this survey.

Option 1: Wizard - the client would select the vaccinations they are seeking and the system will identify the nearest location(s) where the vaccine(s) are available. This option does not require clients to understand zones or maps. An example is the Emergency Care Wizard: https://www.nshealth.ca/emergency-care/find-nearest-emergency-care

Option 2: Custom Interface - the interface would include the ability to search sites by name and/or address and can be filtered based on certain criteria. Results would appear on a map.

Option 3: Google Calendar - this would be embedded into a Public Health immunization page. Here's an example of how this could look: https://www.nshealth.ca/clinics-programs-and-services/northern-zone-mobile-health-and-wellness-team-0

After reviewing the background information and looking at each of the three options the team has presented, how would you rank these in order of best (1) to worst (3)?
