What We Heard: Community Conversations About Collaborative Family Practice Teams

What we heard from Nova Scotians was consistent across the province, and aligns with other discussions and meetings that have taken place over the past several years with elected leaders, family doctors, and health system stakeholders and staff.

Thank you to those who attended and participated in these discussions; we look forward to hosting more conversations about the primary health care system in the future.
