What Do You Know About Community Health Boards?

Community Health Boards (CHB) are a part of Nova Scotia’s Health System by law. The work of CHB’s relies on volunteers, community participation, and awareness. Every few years we ask Nova Scotians what they know about CHBs. The purpose of this survey is to follow up from when we last asked in 2019.

Why we’re doing this survey:

We want to learn how we can help more people know about the work of CHBs. This survey will help us understand what you know about:

  • What their role is in Nova Scotia's healthcare system

  • How Community Health Boards support community health and wellness
